Lake Chapala Farmers Market started with 4 producers and 37 customers on a Tuesday morning of March 2010 in the yard of Carol Kindschi, in West Ajijic from a desire to buy organic produce in the area. They started to make calls to local farmers with organic practices, neighbors and friends, and the rest is history!
11 years later, LCFM has 64 vendors and offers regional produce, prepared food, natural cosmetic, homeopathic medicine and so much more!
