Chapala Property Management & Concierge started the company with something new in mind. They wanted to add a resort style living idea to a none resort area. With the Concierge side of the company you can reserve before you arrive or ask after you are here for most anything you will need and the employees will do all they can to help you out with your request.

We offer free pick up and deliveries from and to the airport for our clients between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Outside of these hours we can arrange a driver for you. If you need food in the house before you arrive, simply request and we will send you a form for you to order what you need and it will be there when you arrive. We can arrange for a rental car for you before or after you arrive.

We can make reservations for you with a tour company so you can see the sights, tell you where the good restaurants are or how to get a tee time for your golf experience. All of that and more, just pick up the phone or email us and that is it.
